Green tea also comes from the Camellia sinensis plant, but the leaves are picked and dried to keep from undergoing fermentation (oxidation.) Green tea leaves are rich in polyphenols, which result in anti-oxidant properties. MarketSpice has many traditional green teas, but we have added flavorings and spices to create our own delicious blends.
