As a Seattle based company, our inventory would not be complete without a fine selection of Northwest roasted coffees. From single-origin beans to uniquely flavored coffees, our extensive array includes something to fit any coffee lover’s palate.

Single origin coffees are grown in particular coffee growing regions, and are typically named after those places. Just like spices and teas, coffee beans inherit the particular characteristics of the regions in which they are grown. Variations in climate, soil conditions, and production methods all affect the final outcome and taste of the coffee bean. The majority of single origin coffees in our selection are roasted at Peak level (our coffee roasters lightest roast), which allows the inherent flavor of the beans to come through. Based on customer demand, we have designed an inventory of coffees that include beans from all over the globe.
