Japanese 7-Spice

More commonly referred to as Shichimi Togarashi, this spicy yet sweet blend is a staple in Japanese cooking. The addition of Poppy, Sesame and Mustard Seeds create a unique texture that make it the perfect spice to use in Asian style stir fries. Also delicious on roasted vegetables, especially asparagus. Ingredients: Cayenne 50 SHU, Crushed Red Peppers, Black Sesame, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Poppy Seeds, Mustard Seeds and Sea Salt.
