This traditional North African-Chile based blend is fiery yet still full of flavor. Use it as a dry rub on meats and vegetables, and in soups and stews. It can also be made into a paste by adding a splash of water and olive oil. Simply spread the paste on cooked steak and you will have a meal you won't soon forget.
