One of our most classic combinations, this spice blend is just heavenly on roasted or pan fried potatoes. A salt-free blending of spices and seeds for the tabletop and for use in cooking. Great for use on scrambled eggs, breads, dumplings and pastry, with butter for vegetables and basting, fried or baked chicken, salad dressings and coleslaw, goulash, stroganoff and baked fish. To prepare Seventh Wonder Pasta dish, you will need the following: 1 lb. dried pasta, 2 carrots: peeled, quartered and sliced, 1/2 green pepper: chopped coarsely, 1/2 red pepper, chopped coarsely, 1/3 cup butter, 3/4 tbsp. Seventh Wonder, 2 tbsp. parsley, minced and salt and pepper to taste. Bring a large pot of water to a boil with 1 t. salt and 1 tbsp. oil. Add the pasta to the water and cook until tender. Drain in a colander. Return the pasta to the pot. While cooking the pasta, cook carrots in a little water until crisp. Add to the pasta, along with the peppers, butter, Seventh Wonder, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss over the heat until hot through. Pour onto a shallow platter and serve hot. Serves 6 as a side dish. Store unused spice in airtight container. Ingredients: Garlic, Onion, Paprika, Sesame Seeds and Poppy Seeds.
