To prepare: Combine 1 cup sour cream, 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes and 2 tbsp. Bleu Cheese Herb Dressing Mix. Then stir in 1/4 lb. crumbled bleu cheese (or more if you like). Let stand for 1 hour before serving. Serve with eggs, greens or potatoes. Ingredients: Salt, Celery, Paprika, Pepper and Garlic.
